Job Description? PLEASE NOTE? Candidate starts need to be 10/14 - we have once a month orientation with Health Quest locations and compliance is due two weeks after offer! Orientation is three days long and held in Poughkeepsie, NY for the ENTIRE Health Quest System, please plan accordingly when obtaining housing for your traveler.Provides direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery setting. Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition including: fetal monitoring and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities. Submission Requirements 2 + years of recent Labor and Delivery/Newborn Nursery/ Postpartum experience – Required6 months of recent travel – RequiredSuccessful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation Certification; BCLS and fetal monitoring didactic training – Required? This Client will consider temp to perm candidates as well - please note in the submittal and confirm the all-inclusive rate?
